We currently attend Shatin Anglican Church where things are done a bit differently from previous churches to which we have belonged. Today they had an infant baptism with full immersion. Amazingly, the little baby didn't cry at all in protest at being suddenly submerged in cold water.
Following the baptism service, there was a buffet lunch for the whole congregation to enjoy.

I know of a church in Hong Kong, where the pastor is a graduate of a very good college, The Masters, Seminary, Grace Community Church in Los Angelas. Pastor John MacArthur is the pastor at Grace. I'm not sure if the church is english, the whole website is in a "chinese" language???
I also don't now how far this is from you, maybe just check it out. Since the pastor studied in LA, I assume he must be fluent in english. Good luck with your search, will be praying for you.
