Have you ever seen...?

...a painting that stretches 15 floors high?

The "Great Motherland of China" is the world's largest Chinese silk painting and can be viewed from the Island Shangri-La Hotel's glass lift between the 41st floor to the 56th floor. This was the video we took with the Peets while in the hotel atrium.

My little camera could not do the painting justice, so I have borrowed a photo from here to try to show you how impressive this art work really is.

  1. I'm glad there is a video because no I haven't ever seen a 15 story high building. but now I have. it's so cool!!!
