One benefit of attending a small school is that you can have "whole school" excursions. Today all the students of Norwegian International School went to the beach at Repulse Bay (great name, I know). The weather was quite cloudy and cool, but the children didn't seem to mind at all.
The kindergarten classes had a sack race along the beach.
Enjoying the feel of the sand...
This was another relay.
Jemilla's friends played some games on the sand too.
I'm sure Tirzah has no memories of the beaches in Perth.
She loved playing in the sand.
Jemilla and some friends dug a huge hole and filled it with water.
Jemilla was so happy to have a swim in the ocean again. First time in nine months or so!
Keegan spent most of the day playing beach cricket with Craig, but not very many people knew what game they were playing!
We have very fond memories of the beaches in Perth ...
