Les souvenirs d'enfance

I spent most of the weekend at the World Autism Congress Asia 2010 listening to various educational and medical experts professing to be able to cure autism. I left unconvinced but pleased to at least have heard Dr Robyn Young from Australia.

On my way back to the train, I happened to pass through an upmarket department store called Agnes B. Smack-dab in the middle of their clothing department, I chanced upon a random exhibition about the country where I lived for eight years, Côte d'Ivoire. It was so surreal to be in Hong Kong yet surrounded by many familiar items from my African childhood.
